Content excellent except that book is not as advertised as the 36 charts that were supposed to be in color were in shades of gray like a xerox copy and were therefor useless. The prints quality was poor and fuzzy, a great book ruined by your poor printing practices. In addition although solid many portions need to be updated to reflect current casino and playing locations. It should also note that the author passed away in 1977. This is a copy of the 1977 edition of this book. A serious student should buy a good used version until an updated version is available.

This book has never been equalled or surpassed on the subject. Plain as day and accurate now as when originally written, it is the book that is all you will need to come away with lotsa House money in your pocket. You will be able to learn counting techniques and proper play and betting strategy for every scenario possible at a Blackjack gaming table.

This book is supposed to contain 36 color charts. No charts in this book are in color. They are printed in grey scale which makes them practically worthless. I'd like to get a copy of a previous edition with the charts in color.

I first bought this book in 1978, the charts where color coded. Over the years I have bought 10 or more copy's for friends all where color coded. This book was not color coded.

If you have a knack for memorizing thins and can keep a straight face while talking to a bunch of people then this book will help you collect a lot of $ playing blackjack.

Had a copy for 30 some years, and used it reguarlly, borrowed it to some one so needed another copy. I beleive any one who is going to bet 1 dollar should not, before reading this book and practicing as recommened. That person will play better than 95 per cent of people in the casino.
