These books are very frustrating! Yes, they use many resources and have a ton of references but seriously...isn't basic anatomy static or does it really change with each new edition they print?? How are we supposed to trust the information when the book contradicts itself from page to page and volume to volume? Also, why do they use so many different words for the same thing? I understand that some words are interchangeable, but not so much in medicine and it makes absorbing the information so much harder when you have to stop reading, go back a sentence or paragraph to make sure you didn't miss something because they threw in a new word. Oh, and the glossary sucks. If you're trying to find something you have to look in every volume, and it still might not be in there.I can only hope that enough of the information is correct so I can get through this class and pass the NREMT-P.
I bought these books a while back and they're great! but does anyone know if they have an access code in them for platinum planner? I can't find it if it does and i need it!
